My name is Milan Dojčinovski (cyrillic Милан Дојчиновски) and I work as Assistant Professor at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) and as Research Associate the Institute for Applied Informatics (InfAI) at the Leipzig University, Germany. I come from Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, the place where I spent my childhood and completed my high school education (mathematics oriented gymnasium).

In 2015, I moved to Maribor, Slovenia, where I enrolled a Master study programme at the University of Maribor. I spent 5 years in Maribor, where I graduated and in September 2010 I received a MSc. degree in Computer Science. During my studies, in 2010, I have been working as a solution architect at the Institute of Informatics at the University of Maribor developing an open source solution for Service-Oriented Architectures. At the same time, I have been also employed as Java EE developer at the Centre for Developing Modern Information Solutions and Services in Maribor, working on an open source Semantic Web Service platform.

In 2011, I moved to Czech Republic, and enrolled a doctoral study programme in Information Science at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Since 2014, I hold an Associate Professor position at the Czech Technical University where I am leading several courses from the Web Engineering branch. Also, since March 2015, I hold an Research Associate position at the Institute for Applied Informatics (InfAI) at the Leipzig University where I been working on several European and national projects. At the same time, I am part of the DBpedia core team contributing to the largest open knowledge graph. In February 2019, I successfully defended my doctoral thesis on the topic of "Linked Data Based Knowledge Provisioning" and obtained a PhD title.
